With management responsibility for a team of tradespeople, maintenance operatives, and contractors you will need to be able to demonstrate excellent leadership skills with the ability to communicate effectively to a broad range of stakeholders across the organisation.  You will be able to demonstrate considerable operational management experience within a complex Estates environment with a proven ability to develop and maintain high quality, safe and efficient buildings.  You will have experience of developing and implementing formal maintenance plans with experience of ensuring sustainability is embedded into day-to-day operations.  You will also be passionate about customer service and have an understanding of managing contracts within an estates function. 

• Annual incremental increase up to £56,535 with the opportunity to progress to £61,759 subject to performance and the university reward scheme
