            <p id="isPasted">Worcester Business School is seeking an innovative and forward-thinking Lecturer in Organisational Behaviours to join our expanding Department of Management &amp; Finance.             <p>Worcester Business School is seeking an enthusiastic and proactive Placements and Internships Coordinator to play a pivotal role in enhancing student employability and strengthening employer partnerships. This is an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic and supportive team, contributing directly to the growth and success of placement and internship provision across the School.&nbsp;</p><p>Working within the School&rsquo;s Business Development Team, you will lead the coordination and development of placement and internship opportunities, supporting the School&rsquo;s strategic ambition to expand student engagement in high-quality work-based learning. You will manage the full placement lifecycle, from promotion and student preparation through to monitoring progress and ensuring compliance with University requirements.</p><p>A key part of the role involves delivering a high-quality, student-facing support service. You will provide tailored guidance on applications, CV development and employability skills. At the same time, you will cultivate and maintain strong relationships with employers, building a sustainable network that supports placement opportunities and the wider employability agenda.&nbsp;</p><p>Working collaboratively with academic staff, the University careers team and external partners, you will also oversee coordination of the placement and internship application processes, maintain accurate management information and CRM systems, and contribute to the Business School&rsquo;s digital presence by promoting opportunities through a range of platforms.</p><p>We are looking for a graduate (or equivalent) with recent experience in providing placement or internship advice and support, ideally within UK higher education. You will bring excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with students, staff and employers. A proactive approach, strong organisational skills, and the ability to manage competing priorities are essential. Experience of using digital tools and social media to promote opportunities, along with confidence in IT systems, will also be key to success in this role.&nbsp;</p><p>In return, you will join an ambitious Business School with a strong commitment to student success, employer engagement and continuous innovation.
