            <p id="isPasted">We are seeking a Student Records Assistant to join the busy Student Records Section within Registry Services, assisting with maintaining the records for all undergraduate and postgraduate students and courses within a specific academic area. &nbsp;</p><p>The post holder will be the main point of contact for the Student Records Section for their area and have responsibility for maintaining electronic records related to the students, as well as assisting students with their online course registration and module selection.&nbsp;</p><p>The successful applicant will be educated to A-level standard, and possess excellent oral and written communication skills. You will have strong IT skills, with experience of word processing using Microsoft Office software, as well as experience of maintaining and manipulating data on a large database. You will be a strong team player while retaining the ability to work autonomously, and have a good understanding and ability to handle confidential information in accordance with GDPR and Data Protection regulations.&nbsp;</p><ul id="isPasted"><li>Annual incremental increase up to &pound;24531, with the opportunity to progress to &pound;26093 subject to performance and the university reward scheme</li><li>32 days of leave per year (inclusive of bank holidays and University closure days) rising to 37 total days after 5 years&rsquo; continuous service</li><li>Access to our Staff Retail Benefits Scheme</li><li>Wellbeing advice and support through our Employee Assistance Programme</li><li>In-house training and development support</li><li>A friendly, inclusive and supportive culture and work environment</li></ul><p><strong>Please note that if not already an employee of the University of Worcester, the appointed candidate will be employed through our subsidiary company Uniworc Limited, a wholly owned subsidiary of University of Worcester.
