            <p id="isPasted">Working alongside a team of tradespeople and maintenance operatives under the guidance of a member of the Estates and Maintenance Team, you will be part of the successful delivery of a reactive and planned maintenance service for all users of the University facilities.&nbsp;</p><p>You will deliver the very best customer service from a temporary repair to a project, placing the customers&rsquo; needs at the foremost of every job undertaken.</p><p>Using software to update the current status of all jobs issued and taking an active part in team meetings to ensure that best practice and estate issues are discussed openly.&nbsp;</p><p>The University Estate operates over a number of different Campuses with a GIA of approximately 80,000m2 with a diverse portfolio of buildings. The Estate offers a varied and challenging workload and the ability to solve problems and work under pressure at times is essential.&nbsp;</p><p><strong>Hours of Work</strong></p><p>Working hours are 37 hours per week. &nbsp;There is a requirement to work 14 weekend days which will be subject to rota (paid at an overtime rate).
