• Lead and develop Academic Quality in line with University priorities.
• Ensure quality processes enhance student learning.
• Motivate and develop the quality team.
• Implement and oversee quality systems and procedures.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory bodies.
• Liaise with academic departments to maintain quality standards.
• Manage risks and develop networks and partnerships.
• Handle staffing and budget management.
