Lecturer (Teaching) / Senior Lecturer (Teaching) in Business & HR
Worcester Business School is expanding with growing numbers of students joining our undergraduate and postgraduate programmes. As a result, the Business School is seeking to complement its existing HR staffing by recruiting a new colleague in the areas of Business & HRM.
This is an exciting opportunity for a colleague to join Worcester Business School’s Department of Management & Finance and to help us deliver excellent teaching and scholarship to support our Undergraduate and Post Graduate programmes. The successful candidate will inspire students and work collegiately to contribute to the School’s aspiration of developing further our capacity of delivering modules in alignment with the professional standards of HRM.
You will need to hold an appropriate academic qualification and have contemporary knowledge and professional experience in Business and HRM. The successful candidate is expected to be able to lecture and supervise in these areas. A previous experience in course development and leadership is very desirable.

From 1st July 2025, the salary range for this role will increase for Lecturer to £38,249 - £42,882 (with the opportunity to progress to £46,735) and for Senior Lecturer £44,128 - £55,755 (with the opportunity to progress to £60,907) subject to performance and the university reward scheme.
