Programme Manager (Nursing)

The University of Worcester is seeking an enthusiastic and highly organised Programme Manager to join our School of Nursing and Midwifery. This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in enhancing student experience and supporting student retention and progression within our nursing programmes.

As Programme Manager (Nursing), you will act as a central point of contact for staff and students on matters relating to retention and progression. Experience in higher education administration or student support would be advantageous, alongside strong communication skills and a commitment to equality, diversity, and sustainability. This is an exciting and varied role which requires a positive approach, initiative, excellent communication skills and the ability to adapt and prioritise workload effectively. The successful candidate will be a keen problem-solver with strong digital capabilities and demonstrate a willingness to embrace positive change, promote consistency and share best practice.
