            <p id="isPasted" style="text-align: justify;"><strong>Please note: this opportunity is only available to current University of Worcester Students</strong>&nbsp;</p><p style="text-align: justify;">The Facilities Department covers a wide range of services within the University of Worcester including; conferences, reception, catering, accommodation, estates, maintenance and campus services. As a Student Receptionist this post will be mainly based across the 5 front of house areas; St Johns Reception, Charles Hastings Reception, Jenny Lind Reception, Elizabeth Garrett Anderson Reception and at the University Arena reception when staffing levels dictate between the times spanning from 07:30 to 22:00 depending on needs.</p><p style="text-align: justify;">The Reception Team forms part of the hospitality team within Facilities and plays a key role within the University of Worcester and is the first point of contact for; students, potential students, conference delegates and visitors, either by telephone or in person. The role will suit a student at the University of Worcester who wishes to develop skills in customer care, event organisation, administration, communication and team working.</p><p style="text-align: justify;">The successful applicant will have experience of operating in a customer care environment, liaising with customers face to face or on the phone and will have clerical and/or administrative skills. You will provide a courteous, professional and helpful welcome and assist with answering a wide range of enquiries. &nbsp;</p><p style="text-align: justify;">Please note this a student pool position and the role is part-time, with a maximum of 20 hours per week.
