We are seeking an experienced and highly organised Administrator/Co‑ordinator to join our friendly and collaborative Placement Support Team. In this role, you will take responsibility for planning and managing a wide range of healthcare placement allocations and related activities. This includes liaising with employers, creating placement schedules, providing student advice and guidance, and maintaining our placement database to ensure an excellent experience for students and partners alike.
The University of Worcester delivers a broad portfolio of healthcare programmes including Nursing, Midwifery, Physiotherapy, Medicine and many other disciplines. We work in close partnership with NHS Trusts, GP practices, and private and voluntary sector organisations across the region.
This role is 32 hours per week, worked Monday to Friday, with some flexibility around the specific working pattern.

You will bring strong planning, organisational and operational database abilities, with the ability to solve problems and manage multiple tasks with accuracy and confidence. You will work with a high level of accuracy, enjoy developing new skills, working proactively, and contributing to a supportive team culture.
